How will I benefit from attending CMSF?

The annual Conference of Major Superannuation Funds is a major industry event that has been integral to the representative superannuation industry for 20 years.

The CMSF organisation was founded in 1990 by representatives of major corporate, public sector and industry funds. The national conference is a pivotal educational and discussion forum focused on directors and staff of representative funds and the issues that concern them. Speakers at the conference typically include international and local experts, government spokespeople, and representatives from industry regulators.

CMSF provides opportunities for delegates and key industry figures to workshop issues, continue to generate ideas and expand industry knowledge.

AIST members receive a discount on the registration fee for the CMSF conference. Please click here for more information on becoming an AIST member

Do I have to be scanned at every session?

Yes, Scanning is compulsory

'Scanning In' is compulsory at the beginning of every session.

'Scanning Out' is also compulsory up until the last 10 minutes of the session.

AIST requires the scanning results to determine attendance numbers at sessions, in particular it helps us to gauge which workshops are more popular.
