Sporting an optimistic, upbeat theme, the conference is shaping up to be the best yet and will discuss key industry trends and topical issues such as:
Plenary sessions:
- Structural market reform: the impact of ASIC assuming stock exchange oversight -how will increased competition affect the market, and to what extent will we see a reduction in trading costs for certain assets?
- Global themes in operational efficiency: how the GFC has changed the fund operations businessa and outlook on the trends towards outsourcing and offshoring.

These important issues and many more will be examined over a day of keynote presentations, plenary sessions and workshops – followed by a cocktail reception and gala dinner at the five-star Sofitel Sydney Wentworth.
